(I) Objectives

1.	To foster a sense of unity.
2.	To enhance students’ ability of self-governance, leadership skills and civic consciousness.
3.	To improve understanding and communication between our school and teachers and students.
4.	To help students acquire the best possible welfares.
5.	To unite students together and guide them to build up a sense of belonging to our school.
6.	To raise students’ interests in participating in various kinds of activities and to promote team spirits.
7.	To build up connection with other schools through activities and competitions.

(II) Structure

The Students’ Union is structured with 3 different components: Supervisor (the Principal), advisors (teachers) and the Students’ Union Committee (students).：

President	One	Responsible for all matters related to the Student Union, including holding all meeting, calling for the Committee meeting and representing the Student Union for all external matters.
Vice President	Two	Responsible for assisting the President in handling all matters, and taking up the deputy role when the President is absent.
Secretary	One	Responsible for all documentations including correspondence, filing and minute taking, and stipulating meeting agenda with the President and informing members about it.
Treasurer	Two	Responsible for budgeting and preparing the budget report.
Recreation Officer	One	Responsible for all matter related to recreation and sports.
Welfare Officer	One	Responsible for all welfare-related matter.
Promotion Officer	One	Responsible for all promotion-related matter.
