Many animals, such as foxes, rabbits, panthers and wolves, are killed because people are greedy for their fur. One of the reasons we should not wear fur is the cruelty it involves. Many people kill animals for their business interests; however, such behavior is something they should be ashamed of.
The life span of these animals are made shorter. Why can’t they enjoy their lives for as long as they should be? Who decides how long these animals live? Human beings! Why do we humans do this? For our own satisfaction! It can be money. It can be for luxury. Or simply for showing off. Fur can make them earn money or look rich.
The reason why we should not wear fur is because it is unnecessary. There are so many alternatives available to make warm clothing. We should use cotton and other materials to replace fur so that we can still keep ourselves warm without killing animals.
To avoid killing animals for their fur, I suggest that the government should prohibit people from selling it. The citizens can buy other materials to replace fur. Don’t torture animals anymore.
